Urbangentle is an online men's clothing and footwear store serving customers across the United States. We focus on practical, cold-weather menswear: coats and jackets, knitwear, hoodies, tracksuits, vests and boots that are easy to wear every day and easy to layer when the temperature drops.

Our goal is simple: make it easy to find the right piece in the right size, with clear product details, honest descriptions and straightforward policies, so you know exactly what you are ordering before you check out.

Our Product Collections

Our range is organized into the following collections:

Coats & Jackets: a hooded cotton-padded winter coat and leather-look jackets in motorcycle, stand-collar and lapel styles.
Leather Jackets: PU (faux) leather jackets and a genuine sheepskin leather jacket. Every listing states clearly whether the material is PU faux leather or genuine leather.
Vests & Heated Clothing: padded vests for layering, including plus sizes up to 8XL, and a heated vest supplied with a power bank.
Sweaters & Cardigans: crew-neck and V-neck knits, knit and hooded cardigans, and seasonal Christmas sweaters and hoodies.
Hoodies & Tracksuits: pullover and half-zip hoodies and two-piece tracksuit sets for casual wear.
Boots: lace-up, work-style, dress and snow boots, including USB rechargeable heated snow boots.

Most clothing is available from S or M up to 4XL–6XL, with some styles up to 8XL. Boots are sized in EU sizes, and one dress boot style in UK sizes. The exact colors and sizes for each item are listed on its product page.

How We Operate

Urbangentle is operated by Satinstones LLC. We work with selected suppliers and fulfillment partners to offer our range of men's outerwear, knitwear, casual wear and boots.

Our team is responsible for product selection, website operations, customer service and order support. Before a product is listed, we review its details, including materials, construction, fit, available sizes, colors and value, so the information on each product page is clear and accurate.

Pricing, product information and shipping details are published on our website so you can see exactly what you are buying before you check out.

Our suppliers and fulfillment partners handle order processing, packaging and shipping. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after shipment. Our team stays available to help you with any questions about your order and keeps you informed, including sending tracking information when it becomes available.

Clear Product Information: each product page lists the material, fit, available colors and sizes, and the price in US dollars. Many include a size chart. Faux leather is always labeled as faux or PU leather.
